4th Annual Mother’s Day Breakfast

Join us Sunday morning May 9th for a Christian Center tradition. Brought to you once again by the Men’s Ministry, but this year with a twist. Chef Shaun Williamson (returned from Iraq last year) will be preparing this year’s menu. Join us for a special breakfast and time of fellowship and then stay for a special church service. Bring the family and invite a neighbor. All are welcome.

For those who missed it, here is the Valentine’s Day Tribute video that was shown Sunday morning. Thanks to everyone involved who helped put this together. FYI, our audio technician and videographer was Justin Bolanos, one of the boys from our Youth Group. I hope you enjoy the production.

Fall Kick-off/ Tailgate Party

Join us as we say goodbye to summer and kick off fall with a tailgate party. Drinks will be provided, we ask you to consider bringing your favorite tailgate dish – salads, vegetables dish, chili, baked beans, chips/salsa, cookies – whatever, as long as your dish will feed 8-10 people. The two stoves in the kitchen can be used to keep food warm and there are plenty of outlets for crockpots. One refrigerator is available, but space is limited, so please consider bringing a cooler if your dish needs to be kept cold. Bring a friend and bring a lawn chair. Fun for everyone!

This special Sunday includes:

Testimonies from pro athletes
Recognition of local athletes and coaches
Overview of new programs and ministries
Food, fun and fellowship
Tailgate party and football in the Fellowship Hall
Contest/prize for best tailgate outfit (during AM service)
Contest/prize for best tailgate vehicle (after AM service)

Band of Brothers Assembly

Men’s Ministry Quarterly get-together. Fellowhip, Coffee, Donuts, Devotional and Prayer. We’re a pretty casual group, so if you haven’t joined us before, dont be afraid to come check us out. We do want to serve the church a little as well this weekend, so if you can spare a couple of hours afterwards to do some light manual labor afterwards, it would be appreciated.

4th Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt

Free for all children through 7th grade. Lots of prizes, activities and even a drawing for a free Nintendo Wii. Over 10,000 eggs full of candy.
